If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.  
To start a return, contact info@myglowformula.com with your order number.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send it back.  
Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after we receive your return.  
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
